Cancellation Policy

We at Flyopedia, work very hard to provide all our clients with the best services; The quality of our service has earned repute in the travel industry. We have committed ourselves to arranging the best air-travel experiences for our customers and we endeavour to ensure quality and promptness at all times, however, if any problems such as air traffic control issues, bad weather conditions or any mechanical issue arises, we are there with you to help as much as we can. However, there are certain policies we abide by, and it is in the best interest for the recipients of the services to know them. Please read through our Cancellation Policy-

Notification of delays and cancellations – Flyopedia periodically provides you with updates as to your flight status, and will send a notification in case of any cancellations. Our representatives and agents will contact you prior to your flight to reconfirm all your travel details as part of our reminder communication. As customers, you can and should subscribe to our flight status notification service to get the latest updates and in the event that you do not subscribe to it or unsubscribe yourself, we may not be able to reach you to notify you cancellations and delays.

Getting Rebooked – In the event of cancellation due to bad weather or due to airline issues, we will assist you in booking the earliest next possible flight. However, thus is subject to availability and is a matter of control of the specific airlines. Kindly note that every airline has its own policies regarding cancellations and Flyopedia recommends that all our customers familiarize themselves with the airline’s policy for cancellations, delays and rebooking.

If you want to re-book a flight ticket, the following steps should be followed:

Step 1: In the event that you have already checked in, then you need to wait for another flight that departs within another 24 hours, at the airport itself.

You only have the option of changing your flight if you have not already checked-in. To re-book the flight, directly contact our customer care support and they will make the entire procedure as smooth and hassle – free for you as possible.

Refund Policy

In case of cancellations initiated by the airlines or the airport authorities, you will be offered at the least, one flight option of equivalent standard to your originally booked flight for which you will not be required to pay anything additionally. If the Tickets on the new flight are cheaper than your original payment and you opt for the new flight then we will refund you your extra payment. It is also possible that the replacement flight option is not suitable with your needs. In that case, it shall be your choice to avail the alternate offer made to you. In case you choose not to accept it, a full refund will be made to you.  To obtain your refund, you need to send an email requesting refund to the concerned travel representative/ agent.

For minor delays and changes, no refunds or cancellations are applicable. For delays or cancellations due to Force Majeure or Act of God, it is possible that the airline or airport authority do not sanction any refund. Further, kindly note that once the payment is made for a confirmed booking, is subject to no-refund policy.

Other Points to Note-

In case of International Travel, once the reservations are made and payments have been received, no changes to your flight itinerary can be made without incurring financial penalties. This is also applicable to your booking information. (These penalties usually range $300 or more, depending on the airlines with which the tickets have been booked).

International Consolidator Tickets Are Non-Refundable.
