First Class
Canadian Passengers flying via Canada to India flight may bring one piece of luggage weighing no more than 8 kilograms. If a passenger’s luggage weighs more than 10 kg, they will be charged an over-baggage fee and their carry-on luggage will be checked into the hold.

First and Business Class
Passengers flying via business class deals may bring one piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 12 kilograms. If your luggage weighs more than 12 kg, it will be placed on hold.

Passengers flying via Canada to India flights can bring a golf kit, including a golf bag and a pair of shoes, which the airline allows as free baggage or charges 50% of the extra baggage fee per kilogram, based on the price class.

Skiing Equipment (Snow/Water): They will charge an additional 33% per kilogram of excess baggage for any skis, boots, snowboarding boots, or a set of water skis purchased by Flyers.

Surfboarding: If the flyer includes this item in the free baggage allowance, the airline will charge them 50% of the extra baggage costs per kilogram.

  1. Pet Transportation

Air India permits domesticated animals such as dogs, cats, birds, and other pets to travel. A traveler must fulfill the following guidelines before boarding a flight with their pet:

Passengers may transport a maximum of two animals with the necessary health and vaccination certifications, as well as a No Objection Certificate.

At least one month before travel, someone must vaccinate the dog or cat against rabies, and the animal must be at least three months old. Other medical documents also require. The name of the owner must match the name on the flyer.
